Really tired as I'm sitting in KFC at Greenridge Shopping Centre, waiting to pick up DW from sch. There's a Malay kid staring at me like he's never seen a lappie(probably not!) but I'm too tired to pay attention.
Another hectic week of rushing for assignments and stuff. Less meetings this week but still the same level of complexity as we head into the home stretch of the sch term.
Went to Bukit Timah Plaza yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to see one of my kids Liza and her little bro outside Macs at Beauty World. She was quite surprised to see me and we chatted for a while. Makes me miss the 'quality time' with them...
This morning, I was trying (successfully) to video cam myself in the dining hall for one of my assignments, luckily DW was asleep or she might have gotten a shock wondering who I was talking to.
Also heard on the radio how some parents are complaining abt the tough PSLE Math paper in the ST forum and was amused to hear a P6 kid replying that the parent should "get on with life"...ho ho ho! Proves that the P6s are more mature than we give them credit for...
Btw, gratz to all P6s for making through your first major education hurdle! The gd news is that it's over, play play play! The bad news is that there's plenty more where that came from...i.e. the future exams are going to be even more 'fun'! Whoops! =) IN the meantime, think I should go and infect them with Facebook...heheh
Sympathies to all 'chers who are starting PSLE marking next week, have fun and try not to 'whack' too many kids ok?
In 2 days time, my father-in-law(FIL) is gonna celebrate his 60th bday with a buffet and KTV session at Ulu Pandan CC. We're invited cos we're helping to pay...=( Makes me wonder what my life will be like when I hit 60? Hope that it will still be as interesting or that I will still have the energy to look for interesting things to do as the govt decides to indefinitely hold on to my MONEY as the secret to longevity is discovered...oh man!

Gonna some new clothes for SnApPy as the old sleeve is a bit worn and I don't like the zip on the inner lining. Saw an orange one but I wanna get a cute zipper tag as well (how abt Tigger for the colour match?)
Alright time's almost up so I need to wrap it up like nasi lemak!
For my other students who still have exams coming, study hard and maybe I'll get to see u in 5 Diamond next year! Go for it!
