I'm still up at 3am, so I must really correct my biological clock during this week. Otherwise, it's going to be really tough when the holiday ends.

I think, like most of the people here in SG, it's depressing to see the H1N1 numbers continue to rise. From the initial one digit increases to the 20s and 30s now, I really wonder how much further it will escalate.

I just hope that everyone will try their best to be responsible during this trying time. Taking care of our health is just plain common sense. So just say no to travelling to affected countries and going out when you feel unwell.

Recipe for Anthony:
a)Get 5 cups of humour, stir thoroughly till bubbles appear
b)Add in 1 teaspoon of common sense
c)Stir in 1 small bowl of respect marinated with honesty
d)Soak in humility for 15 minutes
e)Fry with some determination until satisfied
f)Garnish with as much enthusiasm as required
